About Counselling Services of Belleville & District

Counselling Services of Belleville and District, initially established in 1978, is a non-profit charitable organization governed by a community based volunteer Board of Directors.

Funding for its operation is received from a variety of sources:

• Ministry of Community and Social Services / Ministry of Children & Youth Services
• Client Fees
• Ministry of the Attorney General
• County of Hastings Social Services
• Donations

Under the supervision of an Executive Director, the following programs are provided:

• Adult Protective Services
• Autism Intervention Program
• Behavioural Consulting Services
• Family Court Clinic
• Family Resource & Support
• Home Personnel Resource Program
• Individual, Marital and Family Counselling
• Infant and Child Development Program
• Supervised Access Services
