Access OAP

Access OAP is an intake organization funded by the Ministry of Children Community and Social Services to help families access autism services across the province. To learn more about Access OAP and register your child, go to: https://www.accessoap.ca/

Foundational Family Services

Foundational Family Services are available free of charge to all families registered through Access OAP, with an OAP number. Supports through FFS may include family and peer mentoring, caregiver workshops and follow-up coaching sessions, brief targeted consultations, transition supports, family resource and clinic days.

New Diagnosis Resources (Autism Ontario)

Autism Ontario has developed a “Now What” video series, created to support parents and caregivers in understanding the next steps of their child’s autism journey. Videos include topics such as: “Talking About Autism”, “Supports for Children Under 5” and “Funding Outside of the Ontario Autism Program (OAP)”.
